This includes stays of 30 days, 60 days, and even 90 days or longer, and with multiple refrigerators and chest freezers, we can also store your fresh, homemade, or raw diet without issue. Our customers are artists, entertainers, business travelers, military, trucking & logistics professionals, and new residents to Las Vegas, and we look forward to welcoming every one of their pets with the same top-notch care no matter how long they are staying with us.
Did you know that cleaning floors, food bowls, and other hard surfaces require at least 5 minutes of visibly wet contact time to be effective? Did you know that storing dry dog food in a container that is not light-proof will make the food spoil and go rancid? It’s details like this, and more, that our entire team is trained on — every year — so that every pet staying with us has a safe and healthy experience.
When you’re going out of town for a long period of time, trust is important, and we work hard to EARN the trust of our customers by getting to know you, your pet, and your preferences for their stay. As a licensed business in Clark County, we also follow strict animal welfare protocols, including having water available 24/7 (even if a dog is being groomed) and having valid vaccine records on file for every animal that enters the building.

Like all of our stays, you can expect regular photo & video updates of your baby, with most customers receiving at least 1 update a day, and staff available by phone 24/7/365 including ALL holidays. If you’re traveling out of the country and don’t have cellular reception, we’ll send you updates via WhatsApp or WeChat, and can even email them to you depending on your preference. For customers traveling via cruise, we can limit updates or send them on specific days to reduce the costs of receiving HD photos & videos while on the ship.
We have company iPhones to respond via iMessage and can even connect you to your baby via FaceTime, because we know how important it is for pet parents to see that their pet is doing well when their family is away for long periods of time. In our suite rooms, you can even bring your own camera and keep an eye on your pup 24/7.
Most pets do well staying with us for long periods of time, even pets who have never been boarded before, because they have plenty of time to adjust to our routine, meet the team, and explore the building at their own pace. If your pet tends to be more anxious around new people, other pets, or when they're away from home, just let us know so we can spend extra time with them and ensure they have a pleasant stay. We also allow (and encourage) "Victory Visits" to the building before your stay (especially for dogs) so they can get familiar with all the new smells and sounds they will experience while they are here before officially being checked in for their stay.
