The Venice Suite is a 10x10 room with a real, human, queen-sized bed, ideal for a family of small pets or 1-2 medium pets. The Venice Suite is also suitable for cats and was recently remodeled to include new furniture, including a concealed bed/nightstand combo for cats, elevated feeding space (for cats), and new ultra-low platform bedframe, perfect for your baby to snuggle up to without straining.
When the Venice Suite is booked for dogs only, we remove the side table (concealed bed) since it is only used for cats, giving your pup more floorspace for playtime and eating meals.
For cats, the base price of this room is $70 per night. Additional cats cost $20 per night per cat.
The base price for this room is $120 per night for small dogs. For dogs larger than 30lbs the base price for this room is $150 per night. Additional dogs staying together in the same room cost an additional $40 to 60 per night, per dog, based on size. If you are staying for more than 10 nights, more than 30 nights, or you have 2 or more dogs, we recommend contacting us in advance about your stay for pricing.
Check-in and check-out starts at 8AM and ends at 4PM daily. Pets not picked up by 4PM will be enrolled in another night of overnight care unless they have an appointment for check-in/check-out after normal hours. Early check-in appointments are available from 7AM-8AM and late check-out appointments are available between 4PM-6PM for an additional $25 fee per instance (not per pet.)
Reservations are not confirmed until we receive payment for your pet's stay. A complete payment may be required during travel season, holidays, and for new customers. If you need to cancel your stay, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations for paid reservations may be eligible for an account credit in the same amount as your payment which can be used anytime in the future, excluding holidays.
We do our best to accommodate all requests from pet owners, but there is no guarantee the exact suite you book on the website will be available when you check-in. All of our suites are a similar size and have similar features, but it is possible a different suite will be used during your pets stay. If you have questions about which suite your pet will stay in or would like to ensure your suite will be available, simply contact us or add a note to your booking request to coordinate.
