Standard accommodation for dogs includes an elevated bed, blanket, and daily playtime with other dogs that are a similar size and temperament. Like all of our stays, standard accommodation includes meals 2x a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, all medication except injected up to 2x daily (if needed), and any treats or chews you bring from home can be given for no additional charge. If your baby requires injected medication, please contact us so we can discuss your needs.
Standard accommodation is typically for 1 dog at a time, although we can put your dogs right next to each other so they can see one another & be nearby 24/7. If you'd like to book 2 dogs in the same space we recommend giving us a call so we can discuss your needs and ensure there are no issues with co-sleeping.
For stays of 2 or more nights, standard accommodation is $70 per night for 1 dog. Additional pets cost an additional $50 per pet, per night. If you are staying for more than 10 nights, more than 30 nights, or you have 2 or more dogs, we recommend contacting us in advance about your stay.
Check-in and check-out starts at 8AM and ends at 4PM daily. Pets not picked up by 4PM will be enrolled in another night of overnight care unless they have an appointment for check-in/check-out after normal hours. Early check-in appointments are available from 7AM-8AM and late check-out appointments are available between 4PM-6PM for an additional $25 fee per instance (not per pet.)
Reservations are not confirmed until we receive payment for your pet's stay. A complete payment may be required during travel season, holidays, and for new customers. If you need to cancel your stay, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations for paid reservations may be eligible for an account credit in the same amount as your payment which can be used anytime in the future, excluding holidays.
Reservations are not final until a deposit is recieved for your pets stay. A 50% deposit is required during non-holidays. A 100% deposit may be required during holidays.
