The New York Suite is a 10x10 room with a human, queen-sized bed and platform bed frame, ideal for a family of small pets or 1-2 medium pets. The New York Suite includes:
The base price for this room is $120 per night for small dogs. For dogs larger than 30lbs the base price for this room is $150 per night. Additional dogs staying together in the same room cost an additional $40 to 60 per night, per dog, based on size. If you are staying for more than 10 nights, more than 30 nights, or you have 2 or more dogs, we recommend contacting us in advance about your stay for pricing.
Check-in and check-out starts at 8AM and ends at 4PM daily. Pets not picked up by 4PM will be enrolled in another night of overnight care unless they have an appointment for check-in/check-out after normal hours. Early check-in appointments are available from 7AM-8AM and late check-out appointments are available between 4PM-6PM.
Reservations are not final until a deposit is recieved for your pets stay. A 50% deposit is required during non-holidays. A 100% deposit may be required during holidays.
We do our best to accommodate all requests from pet owners, but there is no guarantee the exact suite you book on the website will be available when you checkin. All of our suites are a similar size and have similar features, but it is possible a different suite will be used during your pets stay. If you have questions about which suit your pet will stay in or would like to ensure your suite will be available, simply contact us or add a note to your booking request to coordinate. Thank you!
