Our Kitty Suite is a large 150+sqft room with 2 large climbing towers, beds, blankets and toys, suitable for individual cats or a family of multiple cats. For all stays, your babies will receive fresh water changes multiple times a day, 2x daily meals fed morning and evening, 2x medication (if needed) and playtime with staff if they are friendly and enjoy being around new people.
Our Kitty Suite is enclosed floor to ceiling and has a glass door that your cat can see out of the room into the hotel. Cats enjoy watching the activities of the staff from the door because it helps them feel comfortable with the activities of the hotel at their own pace.
Please note: although the kitty suite is only for cats and dogs are never in the room, it is possible your cat will see dogs passing by outside the window.
The base price for this room is $70 for 1 cat for 1 night, additional cats cost $20 per pet per night. If you are staying for more than 7 nights, more than 30 nights, if you have kittens, or if you have 3 or more cats, we recommend contacting us in advance about their stay.
Check-in and check-out starts at 8AM and ends at 4PM daily. Pets not picked up by 4PM will be enrolled in another night of overnight care unless they have an appointment for check-in/check-out after normal hours. Early check-in appointments are available from 7AM-8AM and late check-out appointments are available between 4PM-6PM for an additional $25 fee per instance (not per pet.)
Reservations are not confirmed until we receive payment for your pet's stay. A complete payment may be required during travel season, holidays, and for new customers. If you need to cancel your stay, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations for paid reservations may be eligible for an account credit in the same amount as your payment which can be used anytime in the future, excluding holidays.
Reservations are not final until a deposit is recieved for your pets stay. A 50% deposit is required during non-holidays. A 100% deposit may be required during holidays.
