Welcome to Z Pet Hotels & Resorts, a boutique boarding hotel for dogs and cats serving the Las Vegas valley. Locals, visitors, and travelers choose us for the small capacity, staff to pet ratio, and Fear Free informed care, and the same team that meets your pet on day one is still there at pickup.
West of the Las Vegas Strip, near the I 15 and 215 interchange, we sit along the Hacienda Avenue corridor. The site is easy to reach from anywhere in the valley, and the residential pocket around us stays quieter than the resort core. You can open the business listing in Google Maps for directions to tour, or call us at (702) 368-0200 to talk through your visit before you request a reservation.
Whether you live in the valley or are just visiting, our team can coordinate door to door pet transport so the drive is one less thing to plan. We arrange curbside pickup from a home, a Strip resort, an RV park, or the airport, and map a window that fits your schedule. If you would rather drive yourself, the neighborhood pages below have access notes for each part of the valley.
A successful entrepreneur and pet lover, Zanyeta first introduced the luxury pet hotel concept to Las Vegas after being dissatisfied with the quality of care at traditional boarding facilities. After creating another successful pet facility in Las Vegas, she created Z Pet Hotels, a 1-of-1 boutique pet hotel that makes boarding your furry baby feel like their very own vacation, because if you're going away on vacation, why not your baby too?!
Our employees are dedicated, diligent, and love animals. With core team members of 5+ years we are proud to provide a fulfilling and safe work environment that people enjoy coming back to.
The facility is staffed around the clock, 365 days a year including all holidays and we have relationships with local 24/7 critical care veterinarians in the unlikely event of a medical emergency.
Our building exceeds standards for fire safety, including a modern commercial sprinkler system, animal evacuation plan and regular inspections by Las Vegas Fire & Rescue and Clark County Animal Control. As a business, we also comply with all animal welfare standards established by Clark County, including required vaccinations for our guests and training all staff in animal handling.
We use safe, natural cleaning supplies such as unscented soap, accelerated hydrogen peroxide, and pressurized water as much as possible to reduce the use of strong chemicals in our hotel. The commercial cleaning product we use is called Rescue (accelerated hydrogen peroxide, aka "AHP"), which is designed for veterinary & animal facilities and is UNSCENTED and safe for use around dogs and cats. AHP is also the industry standard for cleaning human hospitals.
In our play parks, we offer small play groups only, meaning your dog will never be with 30+ other dogs and our staff are never overwhelmed with too many dogs to handle. Our safety record speaks for itself: In 5+ years of operation, we have had 0 fights or incidents in the play parks requiring emergency care and we credit this impeccable record to our culture, ongoing staff training, and our very experienced team.

Las Vegas runs a thick calendar of conventions and live events, and visiting pet owners often need a quieter place than a hotel room or an RV for long days. Whether the trip is built around a Raiders or Golden Knights game, an EDC weekend at the Speedway, F1 in mid to late November, NFR in December, or one of the larger conventions like CES, SEMA, World of Concrete, or CONEXPO, our event and convention pet care page walks through pickup from Strip hotels, drive times to Allegiant Stadium and the major convention centers, and how to plan around the fourteen-hour days these events actually run.
If you are flying in or out of Las Vegas, our location works well for a quick drop off on the way to the airport or a pickup before you head home. The directions and Las Vegas area airports page covers Harry Reid, Henderson Executive, and North Las Vegas, and the pet friendly Las Vegas Strip, hotels, and airports guide walks visitors through how the Strip handles animals so you can plan a smoother trip.
We offer a full range of stays so you can match the visit to your pet rather than the other way around. Start with boarding, look at overnight and long term stays, browse daycare and packages, or read the full breakdown on the services page.
